Why did you leave McDonalds?

Hours is a big issue, and I feel by working for Dierbergs I can prove my skills and advance through the ranks to become a manager.

What did you enjoy about working at McDonalds?

What I found most rewarding working for McDonalds was each day was different you never knew what to expect we always had to be on edge and prepaired for the unpredictable.

What did you dislike about working at McDonalds?

It seamed like we were short staffed at times and it can be overwelming at times because sometimes you wont beable to get the help you need.

What did you enjoy about working at McDonalds?

McDonalds helped prepare me for this position by teaching me to work as an individual as well as in a team. McDonalds also helped me prepare never be afraid to ask for help or ask if you have questions.

Did McDonalds offer you any advancement opportunities?

I did not have any advancement oppertunities. If a manager is interested in you, they will ask questions regaurding advancement.

How would you rate management at McDonalds?

I worked well with all of my managers, I could ask them for anything. Our relationships were close we knew everthing about eachother strengths, weaknesses.

What types of improvements do you feel McDonalds needed?

There was a time where I suggested that all of the extra food or food we dont sell we give to charity or to the poor people.
