Why did you leave Walgreens?

I have worked with the assistant managers and shift leads for over two years now and have made it my business to learn how they handle things. This allows me to draw from their experience as well as come up with my own style.
Helping a customer with a problem or question and seeing how thankful and happy I made them.
Although Ive been learning new skills that would help me advance, since I was the least tenured employee I had not been offered an opportunities for advancement

The scheduling was often done last minute so there was very little time in advance to know what days and hours I worked.
I started out cashiering, then moved to the floor where I stocked shelves, helped with truck delivery, made the store look neat (facing), helped customers find products or any questions they had for me, then moved to photo where I printed pictures, developed film, made posters and canvas prints, checked coolers and bakery for outdates.
It was an enjoyable experience. As a teenager it showed me what the work environment is really like and I was glad to have worked there.
I enjoy the challenge of balancing out customer service, stocking the shelves, running the photo department, and checking out customers. There was always something to do and it kept me busy.

I was the head photo specialist. I maintained the photo equipment, ordered the photo supplies, trained the people that work under me in photo, stocked shelves, and helped customers.

Because I would like to cont to grow with the company. Right now in the pharmacy I feel like I am unable to move up in the company.
Over see 9 other employees, make the schedule, giving tasks to other employees and making sure they followed through with them. I also preped the pharmacy for inventory time. Worked alot with ordering items and also sending back over stock. I did alot of training for new hires as well.
I was a sr pharmacy tech for 5 year. I was able to learn how to manage more then just one team memeber. Being a sr tech as also helped me learn how to manage inventory.
It prepared me well with all the knowledge by the time I got sfl I knew what to do.
Our relationship its proffesional and very easy going to understand what needs to be done.
I made a suggestion to improved walgreens management hourly its abit disorganized.

I feel that as valuable as the sims cordinator has been, I am anxious to to work on more specialized projects where I will have an opportunity to be a leader.

Flu season gets really busy we don't get extra hours , in 8 hour shift we have to manage regular work flow and continue doing flu shorts.
Working in retail I got exclusive knowledge on billing insurances and patient counselling , inventory management.
Yes, I always had a friendly relationship and I believe in better communication builds better relationships.
I discussed with my manager about having more cashier help in pharmacy when we have to do flu shots and MTM

My photo manager position is being eliminated. I have decided it is time to look beyond Walgreens for employment.
Head of Photo. First I provided excellent customer service, I operate and maintain state of the art photo processing equipment. I monitor orders, even speciality items, photo calendars, mugs, plaques, Cashier, stock shelves, order all cooler, freezer and groceryfrom Walgreens warehouse as well as outside vendors,receiving, stocking, resets, pricing merchasdise, inventory, maintain signs, mylars checking for out of date on cooler, freezers, snacks, promote items, upsell.
CVS is much like Walgreens. I bring the experience from this position.
Several managers over the years. I cannot think of a one that I did not get along with. Many of them have moved over to CVS, I maintain friendships with many. They all knew they could depend on Karen.
Anytime I saw a better, maybe more efficient way of doing something. I would offer my suggestion to management.

I was in charge of many different departments at times , my manager liked to move the managers around to learn all accepts of the company. At one time I was in charge of cosmetics keeping track of sales . Along with stocking and maintaining back half of store , besides doing payroll and ledgers and scheduling.
I have multitask experience with a fast paced company. I can work under pressure with precise actuary. I am dependable and reliable.
I have great rapport with managers and staff members.
The past year I have been working in the pharmacy area, my suggestion back there was to add more items at the drive through window , for instance the customers can purchase certain OTC medications I added extra children OTC medications to complement their antibiotics.
Yes I was offered advancements all through my career, I just have not been offered the main advancement that I want.
Absolutely, without a doubt it would be mentoring and helping others grow. Leadership is just a medium for my desire to make a positive difference in others live.
I'm not leaving the company. I am interviewing for a promotion.
The greatest aspect of my position is getting the opportunity to lead, inspire, and coach others. I get an incredible amount of joy from helping others become the best version of themselves they can be.
I have always maintained a very candid and healthy relationship with my superiors. I view my store manager as my greatest mentor and look up to him.

I left because it was the end of the school year and I was heading home for my summer internship.
At walgreens I was a customer service associate. Besides working with the inventory and stocking shelves, I primarily worked at the cash register. On top of that I was responsible for assisting customers with whatever they may have needed throughout the store.
My time at Walgreens helped prepare me because I had to deal with customers a lot. I learned how to treat customers with respect and to be professional. I think it helped with people skills which I believe will be a large roll in this position.
I had a great relationship with all of my managers at Walgreens. We were all very open and never had any conflicts while i was there.

I suggested that we tag out in warehouse items so we did not continue scanning that item over and over every week. Yes they did implement my suggestion.
I advanced in every area in the store from cashier to assitsant manager the only thing left was store manager and with going changes that were being made I did not want to take that chance.

I was working as a Staff Pharmacist. My duties were to ensure that Technicians entered data correctly,check products for accuracy, counsel patients on drug use and assist the Pharmacy manager in ensuring that Pharmacy was run smoothly
I learnt to multitask and also to supervise Technicians to ensure that work flow was smooth
