The total lack of honesty, trust, collaboration, and support among the senior managment team in North America is astounding. Employees are used, abused and refused. It's like Survivor, It a gang of self-centered, jealous incompetents that enter into unholy alliances for short peroids of time to maximize personal gain, and when the needs is gone, they turn on each other like a pack of starving, rabid dogs. No leadership. No loyalties. just lies, deceit, and finger pointing. Employees are held in low regard and are treated as property, not valuable assets that fuel the success of the business. This company is European based and the senior managers believe they are the kings and the peasant employees should kneel before them, Its a very sick and twisted culture
Salaries are fair, Benefits are good, but when times are tough, bebenfitrs and salaries are the first to go and even when times improve, they never give anything back
