This company gave very little to its employees in exchange for expecting way too much from their employees. The company offered at most only several weeks of work a year and yet the company expected their employees to sacrifice their life for the company by not having another job and by not going to school at all when the company wanted them to work long hours for very short periods. Most people have to work for a living and/or go to school nowadays to improve themselves. To expect somebody to put their lives on hold for this company is ridiculous and absurd. There are not many pro's about this company except if somebody has nothing else in their life going on such as work or school, then take the temporary job. Otherwise, don't expect much from this company in return for your sacrificing.
