Allstate is old fashion company that has a lot of people working here that have been here for a long time. Good job security and benefits. Flex hours available. Your co-workers are nice. My experience was at the corporate headquarters. I’ve heard regional offices have a different experience. Salary is slightly below average. No bonus or stock options but there is a profit sharing plan.
