For Home Managers they pay $28k-31k
For entry level workers, I think they are called Skills Trainer, they pay $10
Not bad for social service but they should really pay their entry level workers more. Good environment from what I experienced. They have several different, house, Linwood House, Oak Grove, are the nice ones. Thunderroad on the other hand has clients that are more aggressive and the home is not as nice. They provide you with plenty of training, but you can never be late for training. If you have a Bachelor's degree or higher and some experience, you have a good chance of making management. Lastly, they have sites all over Oregon and even other states.
My starting salary was at the bottom of the Home Manager scale. You can take vacation but paid vacation time is only for those who've been there for a year. Health care is around $100 a month in Oregon, health care is after 90 days.
