Pros: you get to see free movies whenever and up to as many as you like (this includes immediate family and up to one friend); you get free drinks and popcorn in limited amounts during your shifts; you may occasionally find coins when cleaning
Cons: you have to fulfill a quota for selling the company's card (if not fulfilled you will be scrutinized and can be fired); you may have to deal with cleaning many theaters by yourself in a short period of time, which can be tiring and stressful (some managers will yell at you for not being quicker even if your are working alone); you have to deal with rowdy customers; working in the area where they sell food can be hot, dirty, and exhausting; you get paid minimum wage with almost no opportunity of getting a raise; you get terrible hours
