Working at American Councils for International Education:

The company is a complete mess: disorganized and absent any real leadership. The president of the company is one of the best paid non-profit heads in the US, while the average employee (in the US and abroad) is severely underpaid.

Initiative is squashed and all decision (even the most irrelevant) have to be approved by the VPs and/or Pres.
