Cons- managment treats you like meat, they do not care how you're feeling at any time.
call-ins which are really frustrating when you want to get off work.
some associates are very caddy
district manager is rude and makes the store managment come down harder on associates when we're trying the best we can.
I really wouldn't suggest this job for anyone, it's alright, but the only reason i stay is because of the discount.

AE is very organized when it comes down to how to do things. There are instructions for every possible duty. Schedules vary weekly so you will be working weekends, mornings, evenings, etc...If you are willing to relocate often advancement is a real possibility and occurs often. If you are willing to devote all of your time and energy to AE then it may be the place for you but if you don't handle high stress and expectations well maybe not
