Amscot does not care about their employees. Employees will work long hours with no breaks, you are not allowed to speak about any concerns or you will be fired. Work on weekends and all the holidays. No sick time or weekends off.
This company has a high turnaround rate. They do not keep their empoyees too long since they get fired no reason at all. Vacation time is hard to get aproved.
I went to a nearby store for my first interview. After that I had to go to training in Tampa even though I wasn't hired yet. They trained me for 1 week and we took a test. I failed. So that was it for me. I did get paid for that week. As i can remember it was around $600.
When you work there they don't let you go outside for security reasons. So your stuck there for a very long work day. You're dealing with more money than you would be working at a bank... according to them.
The pay is great with starting $13 hr.
