















I am currently employed at APAC and once I find something else will be out of there. They a huge in promoting from within which is good but do not value their employees and put to much on supervisors plate so it is hard to get the information to do your job better.
I feel like I am high school again. I have worked hard on my job and improving policies, improving representatives and have given up time to show others how to do their job or run certain reports while the ones I have taught have gotten the perks.
The pay - other call centers start you off higher and have more incentatives
The benefits - okay
The hours - okay
The right hand will change without the left knowing about it.
