I worked at the franchise RTM before it sold to Arby's Inc. RTM was much better and really treated its employees well. Arby's Inc didn't have the same love for its employees but it was still a good company. Working in fast food is tough because it's a stressful job and takes a toll on your body from walking on hard floors all the time and lifting fry baskets. I would recommend a career at Arby's but just know that this is a hard job to do for a long time. I did it for 6 years and I was worn out. It is exhausting. I think 48 hours is too much time for anyone to spend at work. They could improve the quality of life by lowering it to 40 hours and making sure managers can get a break on their shift.
I made $38000 as a Manager (below general manager) but you work 48 hours per week which is stressful on your quality of life.
