The IT department at Averion International was a part of a fast growing global CRO that valued outside the box thinking and custom solutions. That was until the organization merged with a European CRO which pretty much tanked the stock prices. Forward thinkers in upper management were forced out and in came the rigid regime known as EMT (executive management team) which consists of grown men brown nosing, back stabbing and office managers directing technologists.
No bonuses or overtime even tough IT was required to show up on 'Patch Weekends' for 12 hours every other Saturday. Not even a thank you note!
They start you off with a good salary but over the course of the year the organization will suck the life out of you.
