Poor Science and poor quality managers. Expect Friday 5:30 company meetings, submitting vacation sheets for short doctor's visits, no privacy...
And frequently a new hire is tested for a few days, a few weeks, or even for only one day, before being considered "unqualified" and asked to leave.

The harder you work the more this company will do nothing for you(unless you're a relative). The employees produce a lot of revenue considering it is a small headquarters but they won't get paid for it and get paid late every month. The payroll taxes go up every year and you will make less every year since there are no raises. They will tell you they have all these benefits but when you get working you find out you aren't getting those benefits. Everyone there looks for another job after discovering the company culture.
6 paid holidays, No retirement plan,No overtime, No Vision, No Life Insurance,Poor medical, No raises, cheap furniture, under educated owners, Scientists are hired for 3 months at a time and fired to avoid paying them poor medical, R& D Scientists make discoveries for the company's grant funded projects and are fired after the company steals their ideas
