WORK ENVIRONMENT

cut-throat, political, bureaucratic

Working at Boeing:

After a few yrs. there I was laid off. Layoffs go by senority with the union if you belong.
I hope to get back on as to help with my future retirement scheme. Everyone in this region knows, when Boeing lays off, they layoff big.
But all in all it's an OK place to have worked.

Boeing Salary and Benefits:

Pros: Benefits OK, retirement package average, Unionisec shops
Cons: Nepitism like most places,

WORK ENVIRONMENT

casual, open-door

Working at Boeing:

Boeing is a great place to work. The culture here is very laid back and relaxed. The dress is very casual.

There is lots of opportunity for advancement and growth. Boeing will even pay for graduate school! And when I say pay I mean all expenses! Pay and benefits are good.
