COMMENTS

I would describe the culture at BP as informal and very open. They don’t have a big hierarchy but rather an emphasis on collaboration. The dress code is business casual but there is flexibility with this. BP welcomes traditional diversity as well diversity of beliefs. Here at BP we work a 9/80. This means that you work 80hrs every two weeks but it’s condensed into 9 days instead of 10. This allows you to get every other Friday off.

I think the best part of BP is how they try to develop you. They have a big focus on making sure recent graduates are given the tools to be successful. BP has a program called the “Challenge Program”. You’re given many training opportunities, opportunities to network with other young people, and you are able to be paired up with a mentor. This program really is great. Many opportunities for advancement exist at BP all around the world.

COMPENSATION

The salary is competitive with others in the industry. You’ll receive a good relo package and great 401k.
