Unless you are locally regarded in political spector (church, spouse a doctor, come from old money in Tyler, TX, etc) or are physically perfect you are nothing to them but a drone worker. Known to work employees (from clerks to management) until they drop then push them out. You can do a great job for years with great dedication they suddenly you are behind closed doors getting written up and pushed out. I watched it happen to mid to upper management frequently. VERY political. And with anything political what is good today is not good tomorrow and out you go! However, if you are physicall attractive you get by with loose rules for awhile. Salaries low unless you have a positive direct boss, which is rare. No guarantees with this group. HR slimmy. Sad that they hide behind being such a Christian company - I think it was originally a great company to work and retire from but those days are long gone.
