Calamos is an example of what not to do in management, they have have turned over their national sales manager just about once a year so you don't have any consistency in leadership. They have cut pay year after year, and as you can imagine the company has suspect talent at best as a result. I would not reccomend this place for anyone looking to further their career unless they reverse course on the current trend.
