Working at Carewise Health:

This company is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever worked. Zero communication from upper management - mid & lower management flounder just as much as everyone else. No pay increase - ever. They do try to offset that by permitting a very casual atmosphere. Call-outs and absenteeism are rampant - I think simply because no one wants to work when there is no recognition of any type - not even a simple cost of living increase in 5 years. If you're hoping for advancement of any kind, SHPS is not the place to be.

Carewise Health Salary and Benefits:

Started and ended in a five year period with the exact same pay. Benefits get cut more every year. It was pretty demoralizing. They did have a nice ice cream social every few months.

Working at Carewise Health:

One would think that there would be some concern here for their clients, customers and patients. Wrong. The only thing this place worries about is STATS - that's it. How long a call is, were all the boxes checked and was the patient's death their fault - their sole specialty is covering their a**. They are deceptive and evasive with no leadership whatsoever - it's pretty much every man or woman for themselves. Worst morale of any place I've ever seen. Upper management is nonexistent except with an occasional email about their stupid blog that nobody read.

Carewise Health Salary and Benefits:

More than 5 days sick in a year and you're fired - it's that simple. No bonuses - ever. No rewards or recognition of any kind. We're guessing somebody's greasing somebody's pockets in order to get contracts because they surely don't play by the rules. Hard lesson for someone to learn who was used to ethics and compassion for human life.
