Well, I will start by saying I like a place where you can actually get customer service and be appreciated for being there. I recently applied at Carmax in Nashville TN. for the reason that I hear so many positive things about the work environment and I am attracted to that because it matches closely my personality. Everyone I talked to from Business Office Assoc. to the manager were very professional and energetic about what they were doing. Some pros are they pay well, they offer benefits, flexible work hours, energetic, friendly and supportive work environment complete with a TUTOR who is scheduled with you to make sure you are comfortable with your job before they let you go on your own (awesome!), and they hire qualified applicants after a long and thorough hiring process. Plus, its great to see jobs being added in this economy. The cons are few honestly, I would guess the difficulty of the interview would be on the list but honestly the result of a hard interview is good, qualified employees. Although it is a long process when you get one, for me it was actually FUN because Everyone was friendly and welcoming. If you get the chance go ahead and apply online!

Pros: Lots of customers. Customers like the no haggle policy. Dress code is khakis and Polos. Opportunity to make good money. The company is growing fast growing so there are chances to get promoted. You treated good in my experience.
Cons: Very long hours. 10+ are normal. You have to work weekends and you work hard. Lots of turnover because it’s not the best fit for a lot of people.
You get a flat commission of $150 per car. It doesn't sound like much but it adds up. You do a lot of volume here. Benefits are pretty outstanding. My pay turned out to be close to $55,000 per year.
