Never work for this company. They say 48 hours is normal work week (normally, sane world has 40 hours), and they make you work 55 hours on average. Benefits are bad - better to not get enrolled since they don't cover you for anything anyways.
There is this celebrity culture where suck ass managers and executives are revered for doing nothing but bully their employees.
Pros - None.
Cons - High burn out rate and no opportunities to do anything challenging. The only challenge is to keep you family together after working 60 hour work weeks for months.
