Yes, I second the review below. Cigna provides a nice working environment and all of my co-workers are very nice people. BUT - the management is really just not up to the job. There are no real development paths for career advancement and besides a paycheck that's what we are all here for right?
So if you want a decent job and salary this is a good place to be.
$45,000 - $53,000 range.

Umm yeah - It's a fairly easy job and we're treated decently. Let's see, the pay is good, co-workers are fine, great tools and environment too. The day's go by fast helping so many people. How's management? They're just OKAY, nothing to write home about. It's not easy to move up so don't view this as some amazing career opportunity, but rather steady work with a nice paycheck
My salary is just under $50,000. Benefits are surprisingly not great.

Pros: Job stability as long as you do you work and make your manager look good.
Cons: No opportunity for advancement. Since becoming a CIGNA employee it has become more and more evident that CIGNA as a whole doesn't really care about the employees, but rather their image in helping people live better. When really they don't have much influence at all in how well people live, or rather how well people stay. Local management is controlling and don't provide many opportunities for employees to advance to better salaries or positions. Only those who are favorites of higher management have been promoted.
56K - Project Manager, 23 days PTO, few to no bonuses. Company will pay for professional organization membership fees.

$92,000 a year with good benefits.
