This company does sub-contracted electrical work for many other businesses in the Dayton Ohio area. They have a ninety day probation period in which they test to see how well you perform to their standards. In this ninety you receive no company benefits, minimum pay, and little to no training on how to do your job properly. You come in to work greeted with a smile every day by your boss and the give a very welcoming feeling, but every other employee is extremely anti social and will have little to nothing to do with any new employee. Today was my eighty ninth day and i was let go, along with five other people who were on their eighty ninth day. The other employees are anti social because they know you are going to be gone in three months. All six of us were hired together and fired together, when they let us go they had just hired six new people...
I was only paid eight dollars an hour due to the probation period. no vacation time or any other benefits.
