CoBank has been rated consistantly as one of the best places to work in Colorado. However, I've seen little evidence of that. The pay is below market. The health benefits are barely ok and in actuality are worse than anywhere else I've ever worked (including retail), the management style is inconsiderate at best and abusive at worst. The politics are like no place I've ever been. There's no culture of "lets do what's right", it's a culture of "what will my superiors thing and lets do it that way". Reviews are based on one's ability to shmooze management not on the actual work product or ability. In all it's not a good culture or place to work.
Starting salary was $58K current salary is $59K. Bonuses is 7% but that's based on your review and what I believe is pressure to undervalue associates.
