I'll start with the good. You get to work out on your own without someone bugging you all the time. The pay and benefits are great.
Getting time off is not easy and you'll be putting in long days especially during the holidays. Forget about enjoying your 4th of July or xmas with the family.
How much will you make? Depends but most likely around $11-13 per hour.
Pros: Great benefits, brand, and stability.
Cons: Highly micromanaged, days that much too long, and poor sales tools.
Very underpaid in the mid 40s.
Great brand and employees plus decent pay and benefits. Management is out of touch.
