If you want to know what the culture of Conn's is like, I would best describe it as a free for all boiler room culture. It's an extremely dated and cut-throat culture. There is lot's of stuff and your expected to sell it at any cost...that's the business model. Granted, you'll make very good money but the pressure is enormous. Walk into a Conn's and see how much you are hounded by the sales people. You have to be extremely aggressive if you expect to make it.
