The job is basically telemarketing and calling people to get listings or to find a sale price for a comp. You are continuously given more work and the expectations get more and more demanding. You are to make 20 phone calls, but the phone call doesn't count unless it's 1 minute long!
The managers are worthless and won't stick up for you. It's an "everyone watch their own back" mentality. You are treated like dirt and worked, until you can't produce anymore. Then they fire you. Oh, if you do too well, they find a reason, and they fire you too.
