The management is awful. Their turnover is high. Management does not give respect to their employees and work is not appreciated. You will be overworked in claims. The average pending is 220 files per adjuster. Do not work for this company!! No opportunity, little money, poor management, and one adjuster does the job of two at any other company. Very poor, thumbs down!
