Defense contract work for the most part. Culture is almost like being in the military. Responsibilities vary widely by job. Almost all positions require a security clearance so the pool of applicants for positions is smaller than it would be otherwise.
Benefits are pretty much on par with similar companies, but pay is less as they factor in most employees are ex-military and most already have a retirement check. This ain't right, it's just the way it is.
