















David Weekly has great name recognition and they build solid homes but they manage the hell out of you. What I mean is they micro manage every little thing you do, including constantly sending in secret shoppers to video tape you. If you work at David Weekly you will do a significantly more paperwork, busywork, and research than other builders. Most of the management come from construction not sales backgrounds. The good side is that the David Weekly name sells homes.
You get two options. Base + commission or straight commission. I would take the straight commission. You'll much more that way.
