COMMENTS:

Deloitte is a great place to work if you like to travel.

Most jobs these days require lots of work. Deloitte is certainly no exception. Minimum 45 hours a week. I worked up to 70 hours a week in my time there. Time is very much in your face as tracking time is so important, so it's easy to know exactly how many hours you work compared to other jobs with no time tracking requirements.

COMPENSATION:

Salary is decent. I started at 50k and left at 54k. No bonuses but nice Christmas presents from the partners.

Lots of vacation but you can only really take it in between projects. Many people choose to take a month off at a time. Perks are great i.e. meals, happy hours, etc.

COMMENTS:

Lots of opportunity for promotion. Hours really can vary dramatically depending on the client but you will always work a minimum of 45 hours a week. Deloitte is very diverse with a varying dress code.

COMPENSATION:

My salary started in the mid 40s. You get annual raises but no bonus.
