Deluxe has great people...except the Senior and Executive leadership teams. They are soul suckers. They reorg every Christmas and have the most absurd initiatives you have ever heard of.
Before jumping to Deluxe note they have not seen growth in a long time, in 2 years they have laid off 25% of their work force and shrunk while their competitors grow. During the worst times, their fortunes sank 2X faster than their competitors.
Deluxers are great - too bad management is hell bent on getting rid of anyone who has been there more than a few years.
