I was a manager for Dillards
I had to along with the other managers come in weekly on our days off.
Work 65+ a week.
Get paid table scraps for hard work.
Fire people for not making an unrealistic sales quota.
Did not enjoy the lack of team work and communication
Does not foster a work environment that favors positive motivational practices.
$28,000.00 as a manager which avrg. was $8.90 hr most assoc. made more than this.
Very little teamwork everyone is out for themselves. Managers just care about making their numbers appear good for their bosses not actually caring about associates or customers. Unrealistic sales are given and impossible to meet. Management is just flat out mean. Don't even think of working at Dillard's!
