I accepted a customer service position with this company and regretted it from the day I started. I tried my best to learn the position and fit in there, but it was impossible.
There are only three people in the office: a customer service rep, human resources manager, and a finance manager. The customer service rep who was supposed to train me obviously did not want me there and loved to use foul language all day. He is also the step son of the human resources manager, which makes matters even worse.
It is an unprofessional environment where the human resource manager and the accounting manager are German and speak to each other in their native language all day. Also, their software is partially in German, which makes it difficult to perform the job, if you don’t speak the language.
If you work there you will be expected know everything in a month’s time and also be the receptionist. Do not apply for this job if you are expecting a customer service job, you will also be required to do accounting, shipping, and receiving and they will not train you properly. You will have to constantly ask how to perform your job.
