Overall this was a great expereience. Of course there are always plus and minuses.This is a great place to build a career. The work is very interresting. The positon I held was in Dispute resolutions. Assisting merchants in resolving Credit card disputes. There are many opportunities to move and grow with this organiztion. It is a team centered environment. There is a bit of micromanaging but it did not bother me.
They have a really great benefit package that goes in effect your first day of employment. This is an ever learning and changing environment. So be prepared to have things shaken up often. You will never get board.
Also in crisis they really try to help their employees for the most part.
