I started with working in the factory, it was fun until the owner passed away and new CEO was hired from outside. He is a person that always been telling people to think like the late owner but failed to deliver a result as good as the previous owner.
He started "people mapping" , recruiting his friends and relatives to the start his empire. Most of the management staff are either his old friend or someone that will follow his instruction strictly without thinking.
The company has stopped developing new technology ever since he joint but created many part numbers with the old technology where he deems "Creativity".
He claimed to have a world class factory in China without visiting, he claimed to understand the global business by sitting in his office or visiting his old friends nearby.
It is good to join the company if you are a good friend of the CEO, otherwise you are just trying your luck but don't suggest.
