Very little respect from management, and incompetent project managers and supervisors. Huge egos from 20 year olds who call themselves project managers. Avoid this employer. Most people leave after 2-3 years, which is an indication as to how horrible this place is.
2 weeks vacation, but although you are entitled to vacation, taking it will hurt your productivity numbers, and then you get in trouble for having low billable hours.
