Pros: If you are a high producer and focused can earn income in a sales-related position, this can be a good company for you. Work for a company in the entertainment industry - this can be good for your resume, except for Explore Talent's reputation as a scam site, which, depending on your future jobs, can harm, more than help you.
Cons: If you are not in a position where you can justify having earned/made the company revenue through your work, daily, you may be very stressed. Many employees with out prior health concerns developed conditions such as high blood pressure or headaches after working there. The focus is on showing/producing, daily. Many people/departments have to provide daily reports on what they got done that day. Employees regularly are disappointed at their reviews, when salary 90 day agreements they thought they had agreed to, are not met.
Make sure you have any special agreements put in righting, very specific, so there is no wiggle room, legally.
