I really loved Family Dollar because of my great co-workers including customers but I had a DM for a while who made everything miserable. There are some really bad DMs who can really mess things up. FDS works you like crazy, is very strict with the rules and they aren't exactly trusting. Everyone that likes working here likes it because of their co-workers and customers not because of the company.
