Typical romance or honeymoon when you start. The entire time you are taught or force fed their "living brand" You get fired for having more than $75.00 in your register. They tell you its for safety reasons, but some people get away with it. The HR director and staff make suprise appearences at stores like nazi's checking registers. My advice is dont work for them! You will regret it. You are told to visit a Store every day-even on your off days..!
My situation is that I left a decent job with no reward in sight. The bad part of this is that when prospective employers call them for a reference they tell them bad things about me. I have contacted an attorney to sue for libel or slander, but since Indiana is a no fault employment state, most attorneys want cash up front. I watched an employee get fired for having a speedway coffee cup- How petty! Could have just told her not to bring it to work. My family and friends are boycotting them.
