I enjoy my job because I have lots of help and support. I am rewarded for working hard and I have worked in the New York office and the London office so I have had the opportunity to travel.
I was fresh out of college and faced with a poor economy and despite applying to loads of places I only got a few interviews and was up against stiff competition. I found FDM online and was skeptical about their program at first, but after looking into it more it sounded like it could be just what I was looking for. I took the plunge and applied to their Wall St academy. They were really helpful and after doing my short period of training with them I was placed for a great client who I had previously been unsuccessful in getting a job with!

The salary during the two year placement is not high, but the work experience you get is invaluable and I know my earning potential after this will be so much higher because I've gone through this program.
I joined FDM 4 years ago straight after graduation and my experience has been great. I joined in a junior role and progressed right through to management within 3 years. Hard work doesn't go unnoticed, which is what i like about the company. They reward their employees and recognize your efforts.
FDM hosts lots of corporate events for employees to network and get to know each other. The salary is in line with other companies but the opportunities for career progression are far greater in my opinion.
FDM Group is growing rapidly and is a fantastic place to start and also to develop a career. As the company expands the opportunities are endless, both in the UK and in our overseas offices such as New York and Frankfurt. The culture is very much 'work hard play hard' and colleagues are friendly and supportive.
