To much experience doesn't get any where within Fedex. Instead they take care of the Lazy ones!!!!!
This company changed so much Mr Fredrick Smith doesn't even know what is happening within the company.There is so much Political Bureaucrat,Management Harassment telling employee's if you GFT you will get Fired! I am so happy I left I fill there is life after FedUp!!!
You have to be very efficient person to succeed here since efficiency/delivery is what we do here. Time is critical and every minute of every hour is monitored. FedEx knows what has to be done to get the packages delivered on time so to accomplish this there are lots of policies and procedures for every possible thing. There is plenty of opportunity at FedEx. They have a people centered culture and women and minorities are welcome.
I earn around $60,000 a year.
