Fleming's was fine. It definitely wasn't my favorite job, but if you are an individual who needs benefits and has no higher education, it may be a good gig. I worked there for fun after graduating college. The pay was about $11/hour, but if you work over-time you get time and a half, so I lucked out quite a bit on the pay-scale. Plus, if you are a bartender/server, you can walk out of there with thousands a week (if you can sell wine). The staff was nice, and they also had a family lunch and dinner every day. I enjoyed my time there, but I'm not into the restaurant atmosphere, so I had to change scenery.
