I was told a lot of lies and false promises only to be let go 6 days before they were entitled to give me benefits with no warning or reason. There was a lot of hassle. Told $45 daily for living out and $18 hourly, turned out to be $35 daily for LOA and $17.50/hr. Promised raises that never came.
Their safety supervisor said they would train for Fall Pro and they never did in the 6 months I worked for them, and they had me operating boom lifts without it.
Our crew was shorthanded the entire time we were there, they had less than 6 people on an entire job site on any one time and as few as 2 people for weeks at a time, leaving us over worked and under paid while the Flynn Alberta roofing crew had around 20 guys on the same job site.
Pros: Decent salary, great hours (if you like a lot of hours), nice accommodation with maid service, gas cards
Cons: Over worked and underpaid, lies, lack of training, short handed
