WORK ENVIRONMENT

Working at Ford:

I started with Ford right of college with a undergraduate degree in finance and it's been great so far. The people are great, I get job rotations, and decent work-life balance.

Now I haven't really observed a very good development path so this is something of concern to me.

Ford Salary and Benefits:

Salary in the 50's.

Working at Ford :

Old school culture but this is changing slowly. Things move very slowly and there are a lot of politics involved. . Ford has a set way that they like to do things and this is going be very difficult for any CEO to overcome. People new to the industry need to remember that this is a manufacturing company…not a bank. It’s going to be a blue collar culture.

Overall I think it’s a good place to be and it was a great experience.

Hours: Not bad at all. Ford believes in work-life balance
Dress code: Business casual
Diversity: Plenty of Diversity

Ford Salary and Benefits:

My salary was in the low 90s.
