they will work you to the bone. this place takes advantage of so many people, especially the highschool students which almost always end up staying late like the rest of us just to close down the store. This place can never manage keeping up the schedule with everyones availability, Be exspected to be scheduled on the days you cant or the days you requested off. Even though it was the managers fault YOU will be exspected to find someone to cover that shift time eventhough they know you cant. Also be exspected to stay wayyy passed your scheduled times, i have stayed passed 4 in the morning cleaning and making the store perfect. god forbid you dont greet the customer that passes you by, your hours will be cut for the next week or whatever they can do to annoy you. i had hours cut cause i argued with them to get my weekend hours changed when i was scheduled to work eventhough i had them requested off since NOVEMBER!!! (mind you the days off were for march) and they made me call people to stay and cover my shifts and report back to them!! like come on its your mistake you fix it i shouldnt have to, especially when i reminded you a week in advance!??!!
start-$9 but anyone who starts after the time i did only starts with $8 something, now im up to $9.68
btw you just get a lousy 10% discount!! wow!!
dont ever get a job at forever 21. i worked at the grand opening which was about 50 hours a week when i signed up for part time. i was also a full time student along with most of the other employees and they dont care. they also scedule you during your classes. then they stoped giving me hours. i havent worked in two weeks, and the two weeks before that i had four hours each week. and they expect me not to visit my family from out of state for thanksgiving and christmas. if they actually gave me hours that would be reasonable. they also make you stay till 4 am some nights just doing go backs. the managers dont help they just scream at you saying do it faster we have to leave and then yell at you cause its not perfect enough even though you have to do it really fast. i also worked at i think the second biggest store in the us so that could be a big part of it but yeah dont get this job its slave labor.
8.75 an hour no time off, like ever, unless you trade with someone because they want to scedule you when you cant work. no perks only a lame 10% discount
