The Senior Executives are out for themselves. They all make over 110k and hire family members to high ranking positions the real employees are the folks in the trenches assissting the eldery day in and day out. Those workers get a minimal cost of living and no bonuses.
Don't work for them. The organization is full of bereaucracy and the senior staff is barely there to communicate with the staff or build moral.
