Great place to work for anyone looking to be in finacial services. Frost offers traditional banking services as well as loans, insurance and brokerge investments. San Antonio is the location of the home office and I think there are some perks to working in the same location as the home office. Frost is extremly conservative, so expect to wear a shirt and tie everyday. The brokerage department is one of the top bank brokerages in the country and I would highly recomend the company. If you want to be in brokerage, Frost usually hires people with some experience already. If you want to be a broker start as a brokers assistant to learn if it is really something you want to do. Once you become a full broker, the pay is very good. Expect to work long hours if you are a broker.
