GEICO is a great place to work. The environment is casual and you're treated well. Everyone is friends at work. The nice thing about GEICO is that they are big on promoting from within. If you work hard you will have opportunities for promotion.
I had to move so I left the company but I would recommend it to anyone.
At GEICO they have a profit sharing system in place. If the company earns a 20% profit that year you get 20% of your annual pay as a bonus. The first 10% goes into your 401K and the rest is in a check. The profit sharing percentage was above 20% when I was there. The benefits are good.
