It was great experience, if I didn't have to move to take care of a family member. I miss everyone. The pros were a creative environment, where none of my ideas were ever rejected. We worked as a design team with 5 staff members. Who all got along well and with the owners. Strict rules for showing up on time made me a better employee. Casual atmosphere ,competitive pay with frequent raises. Cons a very competitive industry of
Which you had to react to quickly.
Salary $45,000 plus vacation, bonuses, reimbursements, benefits package including insurance

Pros: Some of the work was interesting, and I learned a great deal about running an art department (which I had to, since we went three 3 art directors and 6 designers in less than a year).
Cons: Without a doubt, the single most unprofessional work environment I've ever worked in. I will not be surprised when I hear of the next sexual harassment suit filed against this company.
Also, the office is a good 40 minutes out of town (although they advertise a dummy office in midtown Tucson, they actually have you work out of their residential property in Oro Valley). This wouldn't be too horrible if you were flat out scolded for being 2 minutes late. 8am sharp means 7:55am, not 8:01am. Seriously.
I started at $10/hour, but after about a month of 60+ hour weeks, I was moved to a salary position of $25k/year because it was cheaper for them (no overtime). Benefits were too expensive for me to pick up (they make you pay 50%). No vacation time. I was allowed to take my anniversary off, but was later criticized for 'leaving everyone hanging' while I '****d my wife' in front of everyone at a staff meeting. Awful.
